Pakistan cricketers turned to an innovative training method as they were spotted incorporating old mattresses into their fielding drills during their pre-season fitness camp in Karachi.
Test cricketers Imam-ul-Haq and Umar Amin were catching drills on mattresses under the guidance of fielding specialist Masroor. The players attempted dives to take difficult catches with the mattress ensuring their safe landing.
It is pertinent to mention that the Pakistan team is in hot water following their dismal run in the T20 World Cup 2024.
